Daniel: Step number 8 here on the 8 Steps to Thrive. Be duplicatable. Holly: Duplicatable is the key. So many people wonder in this industry, "Why haven't I had success?" Well, then let's look at your calendar. Let's see what you're doing. Are you having parties? Are contacting people? Are you following up? I can see a lot of someones business by just looking at their activity that they have going on. If you want to be the best business builder out there, grow the biggest business, help the most people, you have to become that type of leader that you want them to be. If they're following in your footsteps, and you're not making the calls, and you're just watching your computer, looking at your tree scene if it's growing, they're probably at home doing the same thing, and you're creating that same thing on down. Be the type of sponsor or leader that you want your team to be. You're leading by example. You're setting the tone. We're really big about making sure you're doing all the followups, you're writing your list, and Corbin and I are doing exactly what we're asking everybody else to do because what you do will be duplicated. If I see you doing probably what you do will be duplicated in half. If I'm doing 2 to 3 parties a week, pry everyone that I'm sponsored maybe 1. Daniel: 1 to 2. Holly: If I'm contacting 2 or 3 a day, most of I do, 1 or so. Daniel: Got it. Holly: Unless you find that superstar, and it takes time to get to that. Look at you. Lead your team. Say, "I'm going to lead by example. I'm going to do all of these steps," and I promise you, you're going to find people to duplicate the same thing. Daniel: The stuff that you're doing, and the consistency that you're portraying is not only important for your immediate business, but for your team too. Holly: Absolutely. Daniel: Because they're only going to do maybe up to you, or what you do, or a little bit less. Holly: A little bit less, and you know, we've been in this business 10 years. We haven't stopped. We're still doing all the steps that we learned from the beginning. We're still doing that today, even 10 years later because how can we ask other people to do it if we're not willing to do it ourselves? Daniel: Right. Holly: If you'll just do a little bit more, if you'll just do a little bit more than the person next to you. A little bit more, your business is going to grow that much more than everybody else's. Daniel: It's that simple? Holly: It's that simple. Daniel: There you go. Keeping it simple. Keeping it easy for your 8 Steps to Thrive with Holly [inaudible 02:08], and more training's coming soon.
