Specifically, we're defining this here trying to figure out what does it mean. So I'm going to read the definition. He's going to provide us an ample example that my mind can handle, so that we can learn a little bit more about this incredible definition.
So commercial real estate-- that's any multifamily residential, office, industrial, or retail property that can be bought or sold in a real estate market. What does this mean?
-So commercial real estate is pretty much all real estate with the exception of residential real estate. So single family homes, duplexes, that would be residential. Everything else that you would think of-- an office building, a shopping center, an apartment-- those are all commercial real estate.
-That is a large bird. Look at that bird. There he is. He's just hanging out. He's interested in commercial real estate.
-He's a thriver.
-Unbelievable. All right, so if anybody here has a-- suppose you have a home, that you work out of your home, is that considered commercial real estate?
-No, that would be a single family home, residential.
